If you combine a PRE-ORDER item with IN-STOCK items, the IN-STOCK items will ship first and the PRE-ORDER will ship once it arrives.
Pre-Ordering an item from our website means that we will reserve stock for you and ship your order as soon as the model completes production.
Pre-Orders are all paid in full up front. Once the product arrives, it will ship immediately and you will be notified via email with your tracking information.
Pre-Orders can be cancelled with a 20% cancellation fee. This will be deducted from the amount that you paid and partially refunded.
All pre-orders should be noted in the description with their APPROXIMATE time of arrival.

Shipping and Returns
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us via phone at 832-279-8858 so that we may process your return efficiently. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. Local pickup items will not incur any fees. Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) are still in the condition of how it was originally purchased. Any damaged products will not be accepted.
Model Cars Houston provides flat rate shipping at a cost depending on the weight of the item please check these costs by adding items to your cart and it will automatically calculate for you. (USPS Mail Service). This shipping is applied regardless of order size.

Pricing and Billing
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Your credit card will be authorized upon processing your order, and will be billed prior to shipment. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We do not accept money orders and cashier’s checks for product unless approved in advance by our Customer Service department. You will not be charged sales tax on your order unless you live in the state of Texas. We charge all applicable sales tax on orders delivered to addresses within Texas. Any sales taxes due for orders shipped to any other state shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
